Quotations and Payments

Work may begin only after the required advance payment is received.

Design and Material Changes

Any changes requested after design approval may affect the final cost and project completion timeline. Material colours, textures, finishes, and designs may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen display, availability, or manufacturing variations.

Project Timeline

Royal Interior makes every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to site readiness, client approvals, payment delays, material availability, weather conditions, third-party work, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site details, timely approvals, access to the property, and necessary permissions for work execution. The site should be ready for installation as per the agreed schedule. Delays caused by incomplete civil work, electrical work, plumbing, painting, or other third-party services may affect project timelines.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Advance payments, design charges, material procurement costs, and work already completed may be non-refundable. Any applicable refund amount will be determined based on the stage of the project and expenses already incurred.

Warranty

Warranty details, if applicable, will be shared separately for specific products, materials, fittings, and services. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water leakage, pest infestation, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, natural wear and tear, or changes made by third parties.
